The hundred digit has 2 ways( it may be 1 or 2 and not 0 ) Tens digit has 2 way ( it may be 1 or 0) and ones digit has 2 way( it bay be 8 or 9 ), so 2*2*2=8 That numbers are 118 , 119 ,108 , 109 , 218 , 219 , 208 , 209

118, 119, 218, 219 Since 0 isn't a significant number at the beginning of a number 018 and 019 don't count as three digit numbers. The only numbers that match all of the criteria are the ones I listed.
