Question: First I will provide the link to the Reform Bill. http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h3200ih.txt.pdf It is a large 1017 page .pdf file which needs some type of adobe reader. Though the bill is worded in a complex way, the words give a complex definition so have a difficult time deciphering the meanings. Page 22 Section 113 Part (2-3) Subsections (a-e) The Bill Mandates the Government will audit books of all employers that have private insurance. These means the government will have personal and private evaluations of all employees, businesses and systems within the private market. Page 30, Section 123 Part (1) subsection (a.). A public/private collection of medical and governmental experts will elaborate to decide what treatment or lack there of shall be administered to a specific patient. Page 29: Section 122 Parts (2-3) Subsections (a-c;a-b) This section implements cost-sharing and annual limitations ie. health care rationing. Benefit packages are designed to limit care over an instructed amount. Page 42; Section 142 Part (1) A commissioner is granted sole responsibility for determining Qualified Plan Standards. This will give the commissioner control over benefits ultimately received to you. In other words, they decide for you. Page 272 Section 1145 Part (1) Rationing of admittance into Cancer hospitals for patients. Page 197 Section 59c. There will be a surcharge on wealthy taxes payers over $250,000 of Gross income. Taxes the rich and they move businesses over seas... Page Subtitle C, Section 1233. Part (I-IV) Legal barriers created to establish governmental choices on life sustaining treatments. Amendment standardizes the section across the State to determine if it is worth keeping you alive. There is more about giving agencies like Americore and ACORN the ability to register people in the public option as well as maintaining the records of such documents. I have provided a link as well as some highlighted areas of importance. Do you support this bill? You just blinding follow without using your own mind. You have a mind and I am simply restating words from their book. Report me. I am entitled to my own opinion and I sure am entitled to my god given right to speak about what I want. Thank you Sir.

Given the government's track record of spending gigantic amounts of money only to make things worse, I do not support the bill and have written to my representative expressing my concerns. Overall, the less government the better.

Uel Originally Answered: How much will your health care premiums go up when health care reform is passed? Or will it?
Yes, health insurance premiums will go up. Since everybody will be required to have health insurance or be fined, the negotiating ability that a person has when he can walk away from a bad deal will be lost.

Funny how the Republicans don't object to any of this stuff when private, unaccountable insurance companies do exactly the same things they consider so evil about public insurance.

A lot less supported the banker bailout bill (7% according to Rasmussen I think) but Obama and Bush both urged Congress to pass it quickly and it passed. What does that tell ya? 61% opposed the automaker takeover, that went through anyways. How many people support NAFTA? Doesn't matter. How about the Patriot Act? FISA? Two more issues on which Bush and Obama agree, in spite of overwhelming popular opposition. It doesn't matter anymore. Our government has been hijacked by criminals and they don't care what Americans think. They've been getting away with it for too long, and no one has ever held them accountable thus far, so why should they expect any different now?

Yes i would support this but it still does not do enough. Lets look at the pros and cons... Private health care system.. They can set their own inflated prices. If they do not want to to pay for something they just find a reason not to. They limit what doctors you can see. They force doctors to submit you to tests that are unnecessary. They want every single detail in medical records to use against you later so they will not have to pay for surgery's and so on. They will let any one die if they can get out of paying for medical treatment. Government controlled medical.... I had government controlled medical as a military dependent and was happy with it. No matter what happens you get life saving medical care. You do not have to worry about any prior problems. The people will have more control because they can voice their opinions and vote people in or out to make medical care better. The point is... either big money and corporations control or the people control. I always vote for the people having control!!!

If what you have written is true, no I do not support it. However, I do not support any federally funded government health care program. They have proved over and over they cannot run a successful program of any kind without going into debt. I don't have all the answers to this health care issue, but it doesn't take a genius to see where this bill fails miserably.

And that is one of the many reasons I am against this type of health care reform. Who knew the insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies would think this is the best thing since sliced bread? Most people with a brain... They are going to take this as an opportunity to rape and pillage the villagers.
