you say you're smart and just need some personal days. i'll believe you. but seriously, missing school isn't a good idea.
so you could talk to your mom about the situation. if she understands, she'll let you miss school. i'm pretty sure my parents would let me skip a day or two of school here and there if it didn't become a habit.
playing sick is really boring. being confined to bed all the time. but if you want to go ahead ...
it's best to build up with a headache the night before. take a long steamy bath and ask your mom for tylenol or advil. when you sit down, sit down heavily. sort of throw yourself into the chair, but not too obviously. drop subtle hints, like , as you get orange juice out of the fridge, asking ur mom 'orange juice is good for headaches, right?'. or something.
then go to bed way early. once you're in bed cough a lot. make it real, not fake. put tissues by your bed and use them during the night.
then oversleep your alarm. act very sluggish. when your parents come in to wake you, make sure that they can see the trash can is filled with used kleenex. tell them croakily, 'i feel really sucky. like, seriously.' they'll say something. then you ask if you have a fever. they'll stick their hand on your forehead and pronounce you normal. then say, ok, and get up really slowly and tiredly.
delay as much as you can in the morning. tell them you feel really sick. you have to act convincing. if they don't believe you, you're sunk. but when you get to school, you could always go to the nurse and say how sick and tired you feel.
best to do it on a thursday. missing 3 days in a row is hard to keep up the act.
then you sleep a lot, especially on the first day. cough and slip in good details, like that your chest feels tight and painful from coughing so much. be careful, they might start talking about bronchitis. you might want to say that your lab partner or whatever was coughing a lot, and that kids are dropping like flies at school because the flu is running rampant.
then sleep. don't act too hungry. on the second day your appitite will come back. drink a lot. act really spacey. flop into chairs.
on the second day, your recovery starts. sleep in, take a really, really, really long, hot bath, come out all clean and pink and announce that you actually feel a little but hungry. eat whatever your mom tells you to eat. you might get dry toast. for lunch she'll probably let you have some more.
then do whatever you want till afternoon. don't be too hyper. in afternoon, take a nap. in evening, go to bed early. keep coughing, keep complaining of headache. then the next day, you're sleepy but very hungry. you're still coughing, and still tired. but you're hungry and happier then you were on the first day. happier is important. sick people are pessimists.
then on saturday - you're totally fit!
make sure to keep up with your homework, though. and don't let this become a habit. this is a brief mini-vacation that will happen at most twice a year.
