I'm not sure that writer's block is the right term.... Apparently, you just don't have an opinion on the subject (and that is not the same thing as having writer's block). Do you think abortion is right or wrong? Why? Is a fetus a human being or a clump of cells? Are there circumstances that make it right or wrong? For example: 8 1/2 months pregnant? In cases of rape and incest? For women under the age of 18 or 16? Is consent required by the parents for minors? Should the husband be aware when there is one? These are some ideas to get you started.

What I see: Writer's block is a function of time. If there is no schedule or due date, there is no writer's block, just times when I am not in the the "head" or tired or maybe simply in another place or not as creative as at other times. I look at it as a cycle of being in the mood or maybe your mind telling you that youneed a break to open yourself to some more interesting ideas - not being on deadline allows me time to indulge these periods - the term "writers block" sounds much harsher than need be - it also depends on the type of writing. I would think the more creative, the more you will have times of needing a break - it is a rest - not a blockage - At least that is how it is for me...

Whenever I have writers block, I fume and act like a brat for a bit before I sit down and think, "Okay, where do I want to go from here?" and once I've done that, I think, "Right, how do I get there?" and once I've done that, I type out a sentence (which is the hardest part, those first few words) and then the rest just comes more or less easily.

I am pro choice. Right now I wouldn't want to get an abortion, but im 13 years old. If I got pregnant there is no way I could raise a baby, or even prepare for a healthy life while its on the womb. Yes you need to take vitamins, have a healthy diet, be carefully of the activities you do, and go to a bunch of doctors appointments. Some people can't take those responsbility although they seem small. Also there are cases where an abortion could be necessary. Theres' the commonly used rape case, a health defect that could risk the life of child or mother in birth, or the lack of ability to raise a child overall. Yes almost every pro life person will say "well put it up for adoption" But just think hoe much that would affect our population, most of the kids wouldnt get adopted, they would spend their lives in orphanges since so many kids would be in that same position. Also, in being pro choice you don't have to be for abortion, but your still allowing everyone to choose for themselves. Who am i to decide what the woman of my country do with their bodys and children? Welll I think thats all I should say, im a very opinionated person and I don't want to start to sound to ignorant;)

I personally think it should always be the last option however I am pro-choice because there are occasions where it is the right thing to do. e.g. rape, if the birth would affect the health of the mother drastically, underage mothers who would be irreparably damaged by giving birth (a 13 year old's body simply can't cope with childbirth).

This may sound silly, but when I have writer's block I sometimes just start writing a totally crazy fanfiction! It gets my creative juices going and makes it more fun since I don't have to worry too much about the plot and characters, since they've technically already been done. It's sometimes a fun way just to get back into the swing of things again and maybe it will spark some ideas for your own original plot.
