...i cant really understand the terminology of these three, no clue what the question is even asking
45. Find the inverse of the function f. Use a graphing utility to graph both f and f-1 in the same viewing rectangle. Describe the relationship between the graphs.

Did you like the answer? Hmmm. Say something like it's a reality check to realize that there are bigger things going on than what is just in your town. I mean think about it- there is all sorts of crazy stuff going on in outerspace. For all we now, there could be an asteroid coming down to kill us all as we speak. Reading an article like the one you read can be a real eye-opener to make others realize that science works in it's own crazy ways and it's very unpredictable.

you can say that to her face and probably she will laugh at your remark or give you a BIG F! anyway, just to be on the safe side, you can tell your teacher that you read the article because if makes you feel like life is short and that anything can happen to us in an instant. that we should not be wasting time and should enjoy each day as if it is our last...

30. the difference is y=-sqrt(x) is the reflection of sqrt(x) over the x=axis. 36. the absolute value of x is strected by a factor of 1/2. 42. You'll reflect across the y-axis and move 4 units to the right. to find the inverse you replace your x with y and y with x and solve for y.

be careful ... you will lose suggestions while you're taking too many shortcuts: x^4 = sixteen x^4 - sixteen = 0 (x² - 4)(x² + 4) = 0 (x - 2)(x + 2)(x² + 4) = 0 x - 2 = 0 or x + 2 = 0 or x² + 4 = 0 x = 2 or x = -2 or x² = -4 Now for x² = -4 x² = 4i² x = ±2i so the suggestions are x = -2 or x = 2 or x = -2i or x = 2i

I was always hungry when I got home from school, so the first thing I'd do is make myself a tray of veggies or fruits with cheese. You can really have a variety, pick and choose whatever you want. My favorites were always celery with peanut butter, apples with cheddar cheese, broccoli, grapes, or strawberries with raw honey.
