Slang is anything like "Hey, Man!" "Dude!" and stuff like that. If it's idioms you need, then choose something like "in the dog house", or "it's curtains for us now". Also, here's a website with a list of websites with lists of slang and idioms. Hope it helps!
Australians call a pen 'biro', a sidewalk 'footpath' a guy 'bloke', a woman 'shiela', a backside 'bot', a face 'mug', and say issues like 'what's up yur craw', 'howthebloodyhellareya', and each little thing is 'she'. She's a warm one right this moment. She's a good ute. She's a rippa. and then there is crickey. Crickey, she's a bloody good un. Bloody is used plenty. Australians are exciting loving people and informal in techniques-set and language yet, of direction, there are the perfect ones too.
its rainning cats and dogs-it is rainning really hard.
you look like as if you have seen a ghost-to be really amazed.
i am on pins and needles-to be really tensed.
i am in seventh heaven-to be really happy.
life is not a bed of roses-life is tough.
these are all i can think of.

I am not sure of what you are looking for here. Perhaps some elaboration would help, for example, his earnings over how much time, how often does he get bonuses, what % is his commission, what were his sales goals and total sales per month, etc?
If you mean how much was his earning for a month in which he got 4 bonuses, it would be E=4B+S+C
but thats elementary school math, which leads me to think there is somethign more complicated you are trying to ask.
